House Rules:
- Members and guests must check-in at the front desk.
- Wear proper attire, including non-marking shoes, when playing.
- No food or drink is allowed on the playing surface.
- Maintain a clean environment. Do not leave any trash behind.
- Multiple balls are not allowed for open play; only a maximum of 4 balls is allowed per table.
- Outside coaches are not allowed to offer lessons within the center.
- Do not sit, lean, or put your things on the table tennis tables.
- Do not move any barriers, equipment, or signage in the center without permission.
- Any damage to equipment or facility must be reported immediately and the responsible party may be held liable for repair or replacement costs.
- Be respectful of the center staff, fellow members, and guests.
- Social play is “first come, first serve”.
- Multiple balls are not allowed as part of Social play.
- Table hire covers only cost of hiring table. Bats and Balls need to be hired separately (if needed).
- 10-session packages are valid for 3 months. We encourage you to consume your sessions package within the given period. Unused sessions cannot be extended or refunded in any circumstances.
- If you need to cancel a private, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate last-minute cancellations, including those due to emergencies or health reasons.
